Tower Project

We began by thinking about what we were going to build. There was nothing easy about it since it was all hard. The age group that best suits this project are seniors in high school.

There was no leader to the team at all. We all tried to help as best as we could. If there had been a leader, I don't think it would've helped. This is because we were not very organized to begin with. I really don't think a leader was going to change that.

Collaboration was not a well thought out process. We were all frustrated with the bad resources given to us. Not everyone came up with ideas during the time we were working. I believe only around 2-3 people actually had ideas, including myself. All team members were included.

No, there was no plan. Since there was none, it's impossible to say if it would've worked or not. We did not veer away since there was no plan to veer away from. Nothing worked during the making of the tower. There were no successes in the whole experience.

I learned little about myself during the activity. I would say I work well in groups. I wasn't really a leader so I can't say if I'm a good one. I do not work well under pressure. I do become frustrated under pressure. I need to work on creativity when working on the next activity.
